School is Out For Summer

I always loved the final day of the school year. With the promise of no homework, sleeping in, summer days at the pool and late nights playing hide and seek with neighbor friends I was a very happy girl. Today I get to see the same look of love for the lazy summer days in Emma's eyes.

Inquiring minds want to know about your plans Emma. Answer these few questions and you have a free pass from chores this weekend. You know I'm the best mom in the world, right?

What's the best thing you look forward to on the last day of school?
i'm most excited to get out of the torture chamber they call NRMS. :p [[gag factor 1000]] but i definitely will miss all of my friends and some of the fun memories and times we had this year! but also i'm looking forward to sleeping in and hanging out with my two BFF jills kayla and kelsey! We shine, we fine, we the freshman of '09!

How do you plan to spend your days this summer?
i plan spending on my time by reading, tanning, swimming, chilling with my friends, going to a bunch of camps, and visiting my favorite sister in Utah!(:

How many books will you read?
hmm. depends how much money my parentals are willing to spend on books this summer(:

Now that your room is clean how long will it stay that way?
hmph. im not sure! depends on how much time i will spend in my room and whether or not i really care. ;)

You know 5:00 AM is pretty early, how will you prepare to get up for early-morning seminary when it starts?
i have been getting up at about 5:11am since about January, so i think i will be pretty prepared. but forget about putting make up on and doing my hair! hello sweats and scary hair! (:

Dad is your driver of choice for seminary, isn't that right?
hmph. maybe i will torture you and make you get up with me!(: and besides what are you going to do when flabio goes out of town?!?!

Will you always be my baby girl?
maybe....

I promise to let her live long enough to experience high school, early-morning seminary, driver's education and her first job. There have been days when her longevity has been in question; I'm just sayin'......

Every day should be this good.
